About us

Et Lorem was founded by Jamie Harding. Jamie began his career hand-drawing kitchens for an independent kitchen specialist in Berkshire at the age of 17.

Over two decades later, having gained a wealth of experience along the way, Jamie launched Et Lorem to create something truly different for homeowners, interior designers and boutique developers.

Jamie is still very hands-on, working alongside the team. He has also sat on the judging panel for the prestigious Designer Awards for the last two years.

Et Lorem is an independent kitchen specialist based in Reading, dedicated to creating beautiful kitchen and living spaces, that exceed expectations every step of the way.

We believe the kitchen really is the identity of the home. It’s a truly honest, personal space that, when designed specifically for you, will create an expressive statement. No individual or family is the same, so we pride ourselves in reflecting the way you live and your personality, in our designs.

Being independent means that we are able to work with a design-led approach. We are not bound by the limitations of a single product line, which means we can be completely guided by what will work best, for each individual project. Your vision comes first, always.

Through our knowledge and many years working in Berkshire, the home-counties and across London, we have developed a deep understanding of our clients and the surrounding architecture which contributes to creating unrivalled kitchens and living spaces.

Project Management

Once you are entirely happy with your kitchen design, your project is in the safest hands with our Project Management team.

Thorough site surveys and technical checks are carried out by our expert team, to ensure that your kitchen will fit your space to exacting standards.

We work with trusted installation teams, trained to deliver the highest standard of fit and finish to to kitchen, with a meticulous sign-off process.

Our process has been developed over many years to enable the process to be as stress-free as possible, leaving you to enjoy your new space in a time-frame that suits you.
